Debbie was born and raised in Lubbock, TX where she attended South Plains College and Texas Tech University. Go Texas Tech Red Raiders! In 2017 she became part of the CSG team and in 2018 she received her insurance license to become an agent. Years of customer service experience has become second nature to her, which in return makes her passionate about helping clients out and the face-to-face interaction with them. When Debbie isn’t at work you can find her enjoying time with her husband and 5 fur babies whether that is running around or just vegging out at home. She also enjoys music/singing, makeup, and collecting shoes. Debbie also enjoys taking piano lessons and practices as much as possible, quite the busy lady. Debbie is a member of the First Baptist Church in Winters and is one of the vocals of the praise and worship team. Debbie also has a funny secret: she loves the smell of skunks and even has a collection of skunk merchandise at home! Sadly, her husband won’t let her get a real one!

Sherry Weston

Office Administrator

Sherry Weston and Debbie Bryan are longtime friends and coworkers. Sherry is originally from Dallas but has lived all over the country from Memphis to Seattle. In 2011 she finally settled down in Wingate where she purchased the old Security State Bank building. She is currently renovating the building into a HOME. In 2022 Sherry came back to the CSG team working from home. Through the years she has picked up many business experiences to help with the behind-the-scenes workload of CSG. She was the owner of a real estate brokerage, taught classes at Tarrant County College, worked for a texting gateway company, and handled payroll for a large steel mill. With all that business knowledge and experience, it is no wonder why Sherry is Debbie’s right-hand man. She keeps track of office deposits, payroll, and taxes. Sherry also helps with our management system and is our IT specialist. Sherry is a certified Salesforce administrator, a Texas notary public, and a systems administrator for Office 365. She has one daughter, four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. All but one live in Texas, and he is eagerly returning to the great state of Texas just as fast as he can! You won’t see Sherry in the office much, but occasionally she is around to make deposits or filling in with general office help.

Community Involvement

Debbie, at the helm of CSG Insurance Services, quietly weaves the fabric of community support into the essence of our business. Her genuine passion for local engagement has led to partnerships that enrich our town's spirit, from supporting the energy and teamwork of our softball and football teams to collaborating with the Chamber of Commerce for the prosperity of local businesses. While Debbie may not seek the spotlight, her actions speak volumes about her commitment to our community's growth and well-being.
